Colorado Piping & Mechanical, Inc.
Locally owned and operated, Colorado Piping & Mechanical, Inc. has provided mechanical contracting services in the Metropolitan Denver and Northern Front Range areas since 1976. We take great pride in being able to furnish competitive pricing while still maintaining superior workmanship and quality.
Colorado Piping & Mechanical, Inc. specializes in mechanical remodel and retrofit projects which typically require close coordination with the owner to minimize system down time or in other cases requires the existing systems remain operational while the new system is being installed.
Medical Center and/or Hospital Environment
We have completed projects in health care environments that remained fully occupied and functioning throughout.
A vast majority of our work is performed in occupied spaces. We believe the key elements of working in occupied spaces are; advance planning and scheduling, coordination and communication with the owner/occupants and adhering to the schedule once it is established.
Colorado Piping & Mechanical, Inc. works as the Prime Contractor on the majority of our projects. We are locally owned and all of our work is performed in the Denver metro construction market. Our project management approach consists of a combined effort of our management, supervisory and administrative staff. Our project manager establishes the scope of work for subcontractors and this scope is passed along to our supervisory project personnel. Our projects are organized by submittal, request for information, change order, and operation and maintenance control forms. Job progress is tracked through our project-scheduling program.
